North West Logistics are proud to announce that we have won our first Fortec and Pall-Ex Diamond Award.

 

The Fortec and Pall-Ex core values include excellence in service, honesty, transparency, innovation, partnerships, sustainability, to be the best in our field and much more. With this in mind, we are ecstatic that we have won our first Diamond Award for our service to both the Fortec and Pall-Ex networks.

To achieve the award, a member must exceed specific KPIs in five different areas across a full month, so the award does not come easy. The targets include the likes of delivery performance which would be expected, but in addition to this, they also cover areas such as scanning all freight for full traceability.
